    Opened in 1991, Cathedral Place was developed by Shon Georgia Investments Ltd., a joint venture with Sir Run Run Shaw. This project fulfilled Charles Shon’s vision to redevelop the Georgia Medical-Dental Building site into a lasting architectural landmark. Designed by renowned architect Paul Merrick, the 23-storey Shaw Tower at Cathedral Place features post-modern design, a garden court, colonnade, and an Art Gallery that complement the surrounding streetscape.
